Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Plant Controller to support financial planning, reporting, and operational finance activities within a manufacturing environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for finance professionals looking to grow their career in Controllership while gaining exposure to budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, cost analysis, and general finance operations.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs, and management summaries.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.

Analyze spending trends, manufacturing costs, and operational variances.

Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Support internal and external audit activities.

Participate in balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.

Assist with intercompany transactions and financial reporting requirements.

Collaborate with Shared Service teams and business partners across multiple regions.

Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reports for management.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within finance processes.

What your background should look like
Qualifications





Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

7 a 10years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A;, Cost Accounting, or Controlling.

Advanced English communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Advanced Excel skills.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or month-end close activities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, collaborative, and continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Manufacturing industry experience.

Exposure to cost accounting or variance analysis.

Experience working with multinational organizations or Shared Service environments.

Knowledge of HFM or other financial reporting tools is a plus.
