Accounts payable and expense finance specialist.
Responsibilities Expense Budget control: track MKT&retail;&general; and administration expense budget from application to execution progress;
Co-work with Honor suppliers about invoice and payment process, strong capability and profesionalism to solve problem and achieve target;
Supplier invoice checking and registration, tracking accounting and payment process with good quality and high efficiency;
End-to-end monitoring and management of sales expense, regular management report to the office, close communication with business request teams and support related team to improve the expense execution result.
Qualifications Background of finance major or experience, have general knowledge of Mexican accounting and tax.
Required Skills Good communication skills and team work, outgoing personality to communicate with surrounding teams.
Fast learning capability for different industry business, proactive working attitute and good growth potential, strong responsibility for workout.
Fluent English speaking and writing, 2-3year working experience in companies will be better.
