Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
Implement and improve warehouse procedures to enhance productivity and reduce errors.




Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery schedules.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse.
Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing orders.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations promptly.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control techniques.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Good communication skills in Spanish.
