About the Role Our client, a premier event venue in Toluca, State of Mexico , is actively recruiting a highly organized and creative Gerente de Eventos Corporativos . This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a wide range of corporate events, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. The role requires a meticulous planner with a flair for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, including conferences, meetings, product launches, and galas.
Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.
Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, catering, AV, and staffing.
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Manage event budgets and track expenses closely.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events.
Conduct post-event evaluations and client debriefings.




Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in event management, with a focus on corporate events.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules in Toluca, State of Mexico.
