Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional, AI-powered tech solutions.

Implement data structures and pipelines (like basic RAG - Retrieval-Augmented Generation) that allow companies to interact with their own internal data using natural language.

Maintain databases, troubleshoot bugs, and write clean,

maintainable code following industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of proven experience in Full-Stack web development (React, Node.js, Express, and/or Python/Django/FastAPI).

Proven, practical experience building applications that interact with LLM APIs (prompt engineering, function calling, API wrappers).

Experience working with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.

Familiarity with AI development frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vector Databases (Pinecone) is a massive plus.

Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) with the ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts clearly to non-technical business owners.

Self-starter mindset with strong time-management skills for a fully remote environment.

What We Offer

Competitive compensation

100% remote work structure with a standard Monday-Friday schedule.

Direct collaboration with US-based companies, spearheading their AI adoption and digital transformation.
