About the Role Our client, a prominent pharmaceutical manufacturer in Chihuahua, Chihuahua , is seeking a skilled Farmacéutico de Producción y Procesos with specific expertise in lyophilization. This role is essential for overseeing and optimizing our sterile manufacturing operations, particularly concerning freeze-drying processes for complex pharmaceutical products. The idóneo candidate will possess a strong understanding of aseptic processing, regulatory compliance (cGMP), and process validation. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of life-saving medicines. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute daily production activities within sterile manufacturing, focusing on lyophilization cycles.
Develop, optimize, and validate lyophilization processes to ensure product quality and stability.
Ensure strict adherence to cGMP guidelines, aseptic techniques, and all relevant regulatory requirements during production.
Monitor critical process parameters and equipment performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Troubleshoot production issues related to lyophilization and other sterile manufacturing processes.
Prepare and review batch production records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering departments to resolve production deviations and implement improvements.




Participate in process validation activities and equipment IQ/OQ/PQ.
Train and mentor production operators and junior technicians on manufacturing processes and procedures.
Stay abreast of advancements in lyophilization technology and sterile manufacturing best practices.
Requirements Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Active and valid Pharmacist license in Mexico.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years specifically focused on lyophilization and sterile processing.
Proven experience in process development, optimization, and validation of lyophilization cycles.
Thorough understanding of aseptic techniques, cleanroom environments, and cGMP requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience in team supervision.
Proficiency in manufacturing execution systems (MES) and relevant software.
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to production schedules.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
