Key Responsibilities Design and implement talent management strategies, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
Identify high-potential employees through various assessment methods and performance data.
Develop and manage succession plans for critical leadership roles across the organization.
Create and facilitate leadership development programs, workshops, and training initiatives.
Partner with managers to create individual development plans (IDPs) for employees.
Analyze talent data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to the design and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies.




Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related HR function.
Proven experience in designing and implementing succession planning and leadership development programs.
Strong understanding of talent assessment tools, career pathing, and employee development methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
