About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Integral IT Project Manager to lead critical technology initiatives across international operations. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while managing complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system implementations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaboration with global teams is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of global IT projects.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

Manage cross-functional and geographically dispersed project teams.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.

Ensure adherence to IT best practices and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of IT solutions.

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools for IT.

Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among remote team members.

Requirements





Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years managing global projects.

Proven experience with various IT project types (software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud).

Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).

Experience managing remote teams and working in a distributed environment.

Ability to travel occasionally for critical project needs (if required).

PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.

Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus.
