This pivotal role involves overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of wind energy generation facilities. The idóneo candidate will bring a deep understanding of wind turbine technology, energy systems, and project management within the energy industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to maximize energy output and minimize downtime for wind farms.
Conduct performance analyses of wind turbines and associated infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement.
Manage maintenance schedules, coordinate technical teams, and oversee repair operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards.
Collaborate with engineering and operations departments to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Monitor energy production data and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
Contribute to the planning and execution of upgrades and new installations.
Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.




Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on wind energy operations.
Proven track record in optimizing the performance of wind turbine fleets.
Expertise in wind energy systems, including SCADA, predictive maintenance, and energy storage solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and simulation tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
Fluency in Spanish; knowledge of English is advantageous.
Availability to travel to different sites within the Quintana Roo region as needed.
