This role is responsible for the overall management of the materials function, including planning, ordering, scheduling, warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving. Ensure compliance with key PC&L; and Materials KPIs, including:
• Inventory & Days Inventory Outstanding
• Premium Freight
• Inventory Adjustments
• Downtime
• Ensure that internal processes are properly followed and completed in alignment with established goals and standards. Qualifications & Background
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end materials flow, including:
• Customer demand analysis
• Demand translation into production planning
• Raw material procurement
• Continuous improvement initiatives
• Shipping and receiving processes
• Inventory accuracy and control
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong analytical and supply chain expertise
• Experience in manufacturing in the automotive industry
