Sales Support Representative – Order Fulfillment Specialist Create, process, and manage sales orders in SAP S/4 as they progress through the site. Review customer purchase orders to ensure all required information is accurately entered into SAP S/4 and processed in compliance with site procedures, regulatory requirements, and trade compliance policies. Ensure on-time shipment of goods and accurate processing of progress and final invoices, bonds, letters of credit, and other financial documentation required to secure timely cash collection. Maintain end-to-end ownership of assigned orders, including final cash collection, as applicable. Support team members and demonstrate a collaborative mindset,



contributing beyond immediate responsibilities when needed. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. Experience managing sales orders, invoices, and shipping documentation in SAP S/4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with SAP administration, contract review and pricing. Advanced level of English.
