You'll coordinate complex travel logistics, manage live operational requests, and deliver a seamless white-glove client experience across every interaction.

Coordinate complete travel logistics including:

Hotels and accommodations
Real-Time Request Management
Manage last-minute changes without disrupting the client experience
Prioritize multiple urgent requests simultaneously

Coordinate luxury services including:

Maintain polished, professional, and confident communication

Ensure all partners maintain white-glove service standards
Resolve operational issues quickly without compromising service quality
Clients receive seamless, premium service experiences
Communication remains proactive, polished, and organized
Concierge or client services
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Hospitality or VIP services
Concierge or premium client-service background
