About this Position
As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for leading the management and oversight of the organization's wide-ranging contractual and operational strategy, with a high level of specialization in the core business. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements—including manufacturing, maquila, sales, supplier, advertising, marketing, and influencer partnership contracts—ensuring legal certainty, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance across all of the company's key operations.

Provide legal advice to the business and its corresponding operation.
Review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.

What makes you a good fit
~ Bachelor of Laws, with a professional degree.
~5 - 8 years of experience.
~ Advanced level of english.
~ Previously worked at a company.




~ Experience working with contracts and large-scale operations.
