The On-Premise Regional Manager will lead and inspire a team to ensure Brown-Forman's key brands are built in key segments, with the right support to maintain presence and prominence within the channel.
Actively contribute to developing and implementing the channel strategy, ensuring proper implementation of brand guidelines and managing P&L; and ROI across projects to optimize investment.
Continuously train and educate (internally and externally) on Brown-Forman culture, brands, and values, ensuring that all executives follow and implement the steps of the visit, use effective negotiation principles, and utilize Salesforce as a work tool.
Manage and control budgets, ensuring proper implementation of the budget strategy, impeccable administration and control of client databases, and active communication with the team of wholesalers to ensure proper business processes.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
~3+ years leading on-premise and/or sales teams for global consumer product brands.
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google tools, and market analysis platforms.
