Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end recruitment processes for executive and operational roles within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through various channels, including professional networks, databases, and industry events.
- Perform in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities in Cancún and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage candidate experience,



ensuring timely communication, feedback, and offer management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition within the hospitality sector.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the closing of hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably with a focus on the hospitality sector, in Cancún, Quintana Roo or a similar market.
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and negotiating offers.
- Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality industry, including key players, roles, and talent dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with a diverse clientele and candidate pool.
