About the Role

Our client, a major infrastructure development firm, is seeking a dedicated Civil Projects Engineer to join their team based in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico . This hybrid role involves a blend of on-site supervision and office-based planning and design coordination. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of urban infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage systems, and public spaces, from initial concept through to completion. The adecuado candidate will possess a solid engineering background, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of municipal construction standards. This is a significant opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of urban environments in the State of Mexico and work within a collaborative and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and oversee the execution of urban infrastructure and road projects in Tlalnepantla . Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure project alignment.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and address any construction challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and cost analyses.




- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and municipal representatives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a focus on urban infrastructure and road construction.

- Proficiency in project management software and CAD applications.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations in the State of Mexico .
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is highly desirable.
