About the Role

Our client, a leader in the media and public relations industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinador de Eventos y Relaciones Públicas Corporativas to join their team in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, MX . This role is essential for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of corporate events, conferences, and public relations initiatives. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of corporate events, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics.
- Develop event concepts and themes that align with corporate objectives and brand messaging.
- Coordinate event promotion and communication efforts, including invitations, registration, and post-event follow-up.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Oversee on-site event execution, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure a smooth experience for attendees.
- Collaborate with the PR team to integrate public relations strategies into event planning and execution.
- Assist in developing communication materials for events, such as agendas,



presentations, and press kits.
- Track event budgets and ensure all expenditures are within allocated limits.
- Gather feedback post-event to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in event planning and management, with a strong focus on corporate events.
- Demonstrated experience in public relations or corporate communications.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Knowledge of the business and media environment in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, MX is beneficial.
