About the Role

Our client, a leading aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) provider, is seeking an experienced Avionics and Electrical Systems Maintenance Engineer. Key Responsibilities

- Provide remote technical support for the troubleshooting and repair of aircraft avionics and electrical systems.
- Analyze maintenance logs and aircraft system data to identify recurring issues and trends.
- Develop and revise aircraft maintenance manuals and technical documentation for avionics and electrical systems.
- Assist engineering teams in resolving complex system faults and implementing design modifications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel, engineers, and customers to facilitate efficient troubleshooting and repair processes.




- Conduct root cause analysis for system failures and recommend preventive measures.
- Stay updated on new avionics technologies, aircraft systems, and maintenance best practices.

Requirements

- Associate's degree in Avionics Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft avionics and electrical systems maintenance or engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of various aircraft avionics systems, including navigation, communication, flight control, and autopilot systems.
- Strong understanding of aircraft electrical power generation and distribution systems.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and test equipment for avionics and electrical systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
