About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Master's degree in Pedagogy, Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in curriculum design and implementation within the early childhood education sector.
- Demonstrated experience in developing educational materials and training educators.
- Strong understanding of child development, learning theories, and pedagogical best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and software for curriculum management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
- Must possess legal authorization to work in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua .
