About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Analista Financiero Senior to join their team in a 100% Remoto capacity. This role is crucial for providing in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The adecuado candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, a thorough understanding of financial modeling, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing budget monitoring.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards financial goals.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and understand business drivers.




- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct due diligence as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
- Stay updated on market trends and economic factors that may impact the company's financial performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and financial software (e.g., Hyperion, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Experience working in a remote-first company is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with the business landscape of Morelia, Michoacán, MX is not necessary but could be a plus.
