About the Role

Our client, a distinguished provider of advanced aerospace solutions, is seeking an experienced Avionics Systems Integration Engineer to join their innovative team in Oaxaca City, Oaxaca . This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and interoperability of complex avionics systems within aircraft. You will be responsible for defining integration strategies, developing interface control documents, and overseeing the testing and validation of integrated avionics suites. The adecuado candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding of avionic system architecture, communication protocols, and testing methodologies. You will work closely with hardware and software engineers, program managers, and customers to deliver robust and reliable integrated systems. Key Responsibilities

- Define and document avionics system integration requirements and architecture.
- Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for various avionics subsystems.
- Plan and execute integration testing activities for complex avionics systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during system integration and testing phases.
- Collaborate with hardware and software development teams to ensure compatibility and performance.
- Verify that integrated systems meet all functional and performance specifications.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements relevant to avionics integration.




- Support system design reviews and provide technical expertise on integration challenges.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding integration activities and deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration plans, test procedures, and results.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in avionics systems integration or a similar role within the aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of avionics system architecture and interconnections.
- Knowledge of avionics communication protocols (e.g., ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, Ethernet).
- Experience with testing and validation methodologies for complex systems.
- Familiarity with system engineering principles and processes.
- Proficiency in relevant documentation tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team.
- Fluent in Spanish; a good command of English is advantageous.
