About the Role

Our client, a leading telecommunications infrastructure company, is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Network Implementation Project Manager to lead key projects in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. This senior role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex network deployment projects, from initiation to completion. You will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction. Your leadership will be essential in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring that projects meet quality standards and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end management of telecommunications network implementation projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Manage project execution, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, sales) and external vendors/partners.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and change control processes.
- Oversee the deployment of network infrastructure, including fiber optic,



wireless, and other telecom technologies.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the telecommunications or IT infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex network deployment projects.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications network technologies (e.g., fiber optics, wireless, routing, switching).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Experience with budget management and financial oversight of projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working in a hybrid team environment.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
