About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- A Ph.D. is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in educational consulting, curriculum development, or instructional leadership.
- Proven expertise in pedagogical theory, curriculum design, and teacher training methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex educational challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects effectively.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and delivering professional development sessions.
- Proficiency in educational research methodologies and data analysis.
