About the Role

Our client, a leader in automotive technology, is seeking a skilled Automotive ADAS Systems Validation Engineer to join their innovative team in Toluca, State of Mexico, MX . This role is crucial for testing and validating Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) to ensure their safety, reliability, and performance meet rigorous industry standards and customer expectations. You will be responsible for developing test plans, executing validation tests, analyzing data, and reporting on the functionality of ADAS features such as adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, and automatic emergency braking. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for ADAS features and functionalities.
- Perform vehicle-level and component-level validation testing in real-world and simulated environments.
- Analyze test data using specialized tools and software to identify performance issues and bugs.
- Document test results, create detailed reports, and present findings to engineering and management teams.
- Collaborate with software development and system engineering teams to resolve validation issues.
- Ensure compliance with automotive safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive systems validation, with a focus on ADAS or autonomous driving technologies.
- Solid understanding of ADAS sensor technologies (cameras, radar, lidar) and algorithms.
- Experience with vehicle communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
