About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Desarrollador de Talento y Sucesión to join their Human Resources department in Morelia, Michoacán . Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement talent management strategies, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Identify high-potential employees through various assessment methods and performance data.

- Create and facilitate leadership development programs, workshops, and training initiatives.
- Partner with managers to create individual development plans (IDPs) for employees.
- Analyze talent data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related HR function.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Strong understanding of talent assessment tools, career pathing, and employee development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in a corporate environment, preferably with diverse business units.
