About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Manage project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and motivation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Communicate project status, updates, and critical information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews.




- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement within project delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management.
- Proven experience managing projects within the Mexico market, specifically in or around Morelia, Michoacán .
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies ( e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid ).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software ( e.g. MS Project, Asana, Jira ).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effective
