About the Role

Our client, a cutting-edge technology firm specializing in SaaS solutions, is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Full-Stack Software Developer to join their globally distributed team. This position is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within a suitable time zone to collaborate with our existing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust web applications and services. You will work on all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from front-end interfaces to back-end logic and database management. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for clean code, innovative solutions, and collaborative development practices. This role offers the chance to work on challenging projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our client's flagship product, based out of their operational hub near Oaxaca City, Oaxaca , but requiring no physical presence there.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using modern technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technology selection.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.




- Actively participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3).
- Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring, Ruby on Rails).
- Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English are required.
