Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive project management strategies and frameworks for large-scale digital initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of project managers and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
- Oversee project lifecycles, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal leadership, providing regular progress updates and performance reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies, leveraging best practices and innovative tools.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements,



and company policies throughout all project phases.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, fostering a positive and productive remote work environment.
- Champion agile and other relevant project management methodologies, adapting them to the specific needs of each project.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for future projects and initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing complex digital projects.
- Proven experience in managing fully remote teams and leading distributed project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budget management and resource optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in the tech industry, specifically with software development and digital transformation projects.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
