About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing company located in the industrial heart of Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico , is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ingeniero de Producción Líder . This is a critical role responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that targets for quality, efficiency, and safety are met and exceeded. The adecuado candidate will bring a strong understanding of production management, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the production department. This position is based at our facility in Tlalnepantla and requires full-time, on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and output goals.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve operational issues promptly, minimizing downtime.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure product excellence.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop and execute action plans for process improvements, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency gains.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture on the production floor.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering,



and supply chain departments to optimize resource utilization and material flow.
- Manage production budgets and control operational costs effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and team achievements for senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in production management or manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality management systems.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application in a production setting.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify root causes of problems, and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production scheduling software.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico.
