About the Role

Our client, an innovative leader in online education for young learners, is seeking a highly creative and experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our fully remote team. This role is at the forefront of creating engaging, interactive, and effective online learning journeys for children. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing digital content, activities, and pedagogical approaches that captivate young minds and foster a love for learning. The adecuado candidate possesses a strong understanding of early childhood development, digital pedagogy, and user experience (UX) principles applied to educational technology. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, animators, and developers to bring educational concepts to life in dynamic online formats. Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop engaging and effective online learning experiences for children across various age groups and subject areas.
- Create interactive content, including educational games, simulations, animations, multimedia lessons, and assessments.
- Apply principles of child development and learning theories to ensure content is age-appropriate, stimulating, and pedagogically sound.
- Collaborate closely with curriculum developers, subject matter experts, graphic designers, animators, and software developers to produce high-quality digital learning materials.
- Define learning objectives and ensure that all designed experiences effectively meet these objectives.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve the learning experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in educational technology, digital learning,



and game-based learning.
- Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive, accessible, and culturally sensitive.
- Document design specifications and guidelines for development teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing digital learning experiences, educational games, or interactive content, with a focus on early childhood.
- Proven expertise in applying learning theories and instructional design models to digital environments.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and their application in educational products for children.
- Experience with various digital creation tools and platforms (e.g., authoring tools, animation software, game engines).
- Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex educational concepts into simple, engaging, and interactive digital formats.
- Experience working effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating successful digital learning or game design projects for children is required.
- Must have a dedicated home office setup with a stable internet connection.
