Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies (AI, ML, Cloud, etc.) to enhance business processes and customer experience.
- Lead the redesign and optimization of key business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage digital transformation projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT, business units,



and external partners to drive digital initiatives.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of digital tools and platforms.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital transformation and process improvement efforts.
- Manage change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new digital processes and technologies.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and best practices in the financial services industry.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects in large organizations.
- Deep understanding of digital technologies, agile methodologies, and change management principles.
- Experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed workforces.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is a strong asset.
- This is a fully remote position; candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
