Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop advanced propulsion systems for next‑generation vehicles, focusing on internal combustion engines, hybrid powertrains, and electric drive units.
- Conduct detailed simulations and analyses (e.g., CFD, FEA) to optimize system performance, durability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing specialists, to ensure seamless integration of propulsion systems.
- Oversee the validation and testing of prototypes, interpreting results and implementing design modifications as needed.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and patent disclosures.




- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in automotive propulsion.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in automotive powertrain or propulsion system design.
- Proven expertise in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS, GT-SUITE).
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, combustion processes, and electric motor technology.
- Demonstrated experience in vehicle testing and validation procedures.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting.
- Proficiency in English is essential, given the global nature of the team.
