Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Education.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in program management, with a specific focus on STEM education initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing educational programs, preferably for K-12 students.
- Strong understanding of current trends and pedagogical approaches in STEM education.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
