About the Role

Our client, a leader in the Belleza y Bienestar sector, is seeking a dedicated Corporate Wellness Specialist to join their team in Puebla, Puebla . This role is instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing wellness programs that promote employee health, happiness, and productivity. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in wellness, health promotion, and employee engagement strategies. You will work to foster a culture of well-being within the organization, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate wellness programs, including physical, mental, and emotional health initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate wellness events, workshops, and activities.
- Promote employee participation in wellness programs.
- Assess employee needs and preferences for wellness services.
- Manage relationships with external wellness providers and vendors.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of wellness programs using key metrics.




- Communicate wellness program information and updates to employees.
- Ensure programs align with company culture and objectives.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in corporate wellness.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and managing corporate wellness programs.
- Knowledge of health promotion strategies, mental health support, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Empathetic and passionate about employee well-being.
- Familiarity with the Belleza y Bienestar industry is a plus.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Puebla, Puebla .
