Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies,



procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support financial audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
- Utilize and optimize ERP system functionalities for accounting processes.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Help in analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting.
- Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (NIFs) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
