About the Role

Our client, a leading department store with a strong reputation for quality and style, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Jefe de Sección to lead their Men's Fashion department in Monterrey, Reciente León . This role is responsible for managing inventory, driving sales, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fashion industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in retail sales management. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Men's Fashion section, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control, to ensure optimal product availability.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and presentation of goods.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards for the section.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and building customer loyalty.




- Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures, including loss prevention.
- Collaborate with other department heads and management to achieve store-wide objectives.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Department Manager, Section Head, or Assistant Manager in a fashion retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of men's fashion trends and the retail industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent sales, customer service, and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Residency in or near Monterrey, Nuevo León .
