About the Role

Our client is seeking a vibrant and organized Youth Sports Event Organizer to join their team in Naucalpan, State of Mexico . This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing sports events specifically designed for young athletes, promoting participation, skill development, and sportsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth development, strong organizational skills, and experience in event coordination. Key Responsibilities

Plan and organize a variety of youth sports events, including tournaments, camps, and clinics. Coordinate event logistics such as venue booking, scheduling, equipment, and staffing. Ensure events are safe, engaging, and provide a positive experience for all participants. Communicate effectively with parents, coaches, young athletes, and volunteers. Develop promotional materials and strategies to encourage event participation. Manage event budgets and track expenses. Oversee on-site event operations, providing support and resolving issues as they arise. Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for event support.



Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and child protection policies. Gather feedback post-event to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

High school diploma required; some college coursework in sports management, education, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in organizing or coordinating youth sports events or activities. Passion for working with children and promoting youth sports development. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community members. Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings as required by event schedules. Basic understanding of various sports rules and regulations. Familiarity with the Naucalpan community is a plus. First aid and CPR certification is desirable.
