About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing enterprise in the automotive sector, is seeking an experienced Coordinador de Adquisiciones y Proveedores to join their procurement department. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while maintaining critical oversight of procurement operations. The role focuses on managing the entire lifecycle of supplier relationships, from identification and selection to performance management and contract renewal. The adecuado candidate will be adept at fostering strong, collaborative partnerships with suppliers and ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality materials and services that meet stringent industry standards. This position is key to maintaining operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness for our client's operations, even with a remote setup. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies for supplier management and development.
- Oversee the sourcing and qualification process for new suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor supplier performance against established KPIs and address any deviations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between suppliers and internal departments.
- Manage the procurement of goods and services, ensuring alignment with business needs and budget constraints.




- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply base.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular supplier reviews and performance evaluations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in procurement, supplier management, or strategic sourcing.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in e-procurement tools and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
- Must be comfortable working in a fully remote capacity.
