- 02 Days 31-60: one system for orders, stock and deliveries that everyone uses.
- 03 Days 61-90: weekly operating metrics and the first measured savings.
What you bring
- Experience in operations, supply chain or logistics.
- Order: you document what you do so others can repeat it.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and digital tools.
