About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding e-commerce enterprise, is seeking a talented and results-driven E-commerce and Logistics Specialist to join their team in Culiacán, Sinaloa . This role is critical for ensuring the seamless integration of online sales channels with our physical logistics operations, optimizing the entire order fulfillment process from click to delivery. You will be responsible for managing online inventory, coordinating with fulfillment centers, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations supporting the e-commerce platform.
- Manage online inventory levels across various channels, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and internal teams for order fulfillment and shipping.
- Optimize shipping strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times for online orders.
- Monitor and analyze key e-commerce logistics metrics, such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and shipping costs.
- Implement improvements to the order fulfillment process to enhance customer satisfaction.




- Manage returns processing and reverse logistics for e-commerce orders.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices in logistics and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align logistics capabilities with promotional activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to e-commerce order processing and fulfillment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations and logistics.
- Proven understanding of online sales channels and fulfillment processes.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Familiarity with shipping carriers and their services relevant to e-commerce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Spanish; English language skills are a plus.
