Job Purpose:

As the Shared Service Center continues to expand, three new leadership positions are needed to provide appropriate management support, enhance decision-making capabilities, and maintain operational excellence. These positions will help drive team performance, improve service delivery, and support the organization's future growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:





- 1 Supervise and support Executives in the daily execution of Air Import & Export operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing.
- 2 Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, shipment milestones, and SLA compliance, implementing corrective actions to maintain service excellence.
- 3 Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, trucking providers, and customers to ensure smooth air freight shipment execution.
- 4 Manage operational escalations, urgent shipments, flight disruptions, delays, and service failures, ensuring timely resolution and customer communication.
- 5 Ensure compliance with company SOPs, airline regulations, customs requirements, security procedures, and international trade regulations.
- 6 Distribute workload, manage team priorities, and optimize operational resources to ensure efficiency and business continuity.
- 7 Coach, mentor, and develop Executives through training, performance feedback, and operational support to strengthen team capabilities.
- 8 Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, increasing operational efficiency, and promoting best practices within the Air Operations team.

Education & Qualifications:

- 1. Bachelor’s degree in:
- International Business
- International Trade
- Business Administration




- Transportation or related field

- 2. Strong understanding of Air Freight operations and international logistics processes.
- 3. English skills

- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Ability to lead operational discussions, manage airline and customer escalations, and communicate effectively with global stakeholders in English.
- Strong business writing skills for operational reporting and customer communication.
- Ability to participate actively in meetings, conference calls, and operational reviews in English.
- Strong understanding of air freight terminology and operational communication in English.

- 4. English skills

- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to lead customer meetings, airline negotiations, and regional operational discussions confidently in English.
- Experience working in multinational SSC or global logistics environments using English daily.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder influencing skills in English.

Experience:

- 1. 3 to 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Air Operations.
- 2. Strong experience managing Air Import & Export shipments end-to-end.
- 3. Experience supervising or mentoring operational staff or Executives.
- 4. Experience handling urgent shipments, operational escalations, and airline coordination.
- 5. Experience working in KPI-driven and fast-paced logistics environments.
- 6. Experience coordinating with airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, and transportation providers.

Special Knowledge & Skills:

- 1. Strong knowledge of Air Freight Import & Export operations and shipment lifecycle management.
