About the Role

Our client, a premier event venue in Toluca, State of Mexico , is actively recruiting a highly organized and creative Gerente de Eventos Corporativos . This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a wide range of corporate events, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. The role requires a meticulous planner with a flair for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, including conferences, meetings, product launches, and galas.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.
- Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, catering, AV, and staffing.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses closely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and client debriefings.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in event management, with a focus on corporate events.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules in Toluca, State of Mexico.
