About Telepatia
Telepatia AI is a healthtech company on a mission to transform healthcare in Latin America and beyond. Born at Stanford and built by doctors for doctors, our platform introduces AI Healthcare Employees that work invisibly inside clinical workflows: transcribing consultations in real time, generating structured medical records, offering evidence-based decision support, and integrating seamlessly with any current health system, all without disrupting the physician's flow.
Already adopted by thousands of doctors and leading hospitals across the region, Telepatia has demonstrated measurable impact: reducing cognitive load, improving patient experience, and increasing adherence to clinical protocols.
Our vision is bold: to turn scarcity into abundance by empowering healthcare professionals with scalable, trustworthy intelligence, and to pursue nothing less than the first Nobel Prize in Medicine for Latin America since 1984 with an AI Doctor.
About the role
Doctors spend 40–70% of their day typing instead of caring for patients. You help Telepatia win and close enterprise accounts in Mexico's hospitals, clinics and healthcare networks, owning every deal end to end: from first meeting to signed contract.
You own the Mexico revenue target, lead a local team of SDRs and build relationships across the country's healthcare ecosystem.
Core skills: (i) You get the deal done and own the number (ii) Complex deals with multiple stakeholders (iii) Team leadership and coaching (iv) Process discipline, CRM hygiene and analytical rigor.
One requirement: Be hospital-obsessed, data-obsessed, and think like a business owner (and be cool). Languages:
Spanish (fluent), English (professional).
