- Academic: bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related
- Professional experience: Internship or academic projects in finance, audit or project areas are a plus
- Technical skills: Microsoft 365 (required); SAP Finance Module, basic Alteryx and Power BI are a plus
- Languages: Advanced English
- Skills/Competencies: Effective communication, contract interpretation, client and internal stakeholder management, client and internal stakeholder collaboration, self-organization, and leadership potential

Your Responsibilities

- Support the Commercial Project Manager with activities such as: Creating projects in SAP; Entering sales orders; Project invoicing
- Support the Offers team with activities such as:



Invoicing affiliated companies; Reviewing contract terms and conditions; Following up with sales representatives on proposal status; Creating purchase requisitions for suppliers
- Follow up on and propose process improvement projects that help reduce execution times and increase the transparency of business information through automation and digitalization initiatives
- Participate in an improvement project focused on documenting the company's established procedures and developing an operations manual tailored to the business model
