About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Load, unload, and deliver packages and documents to customers in the Cuernavaca area.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure efficiency.
- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery from recipients.
- Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and ensure basic maintenance checks are performed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any delivery-related issues professionally.




- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries.
- Provide daily reports on delivery status and any issues encountered.
- Safeguard all delivered items and ensure they reach the destination undamaged.

Requirements

- Valid driver's license (Type A or B) with a good driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery or courier services is preferred.
- Familiarity with the streets and neighborhoods of Cuernavaca, Morelos .
- Ability to lift and carry packages of various weights and sizes.
- Good physical condition and stamina for frequent movement.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Must have own reliable transportation for some tasks or be willing to use company vehicle.
