Key Responsibilities

- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement new or improved manufacturing processes and systems.




- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and lean projects.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
- Implement lean manufacturing tools and techniques (e.g., 5 S, VSM, Poka-Yoke) to eliminate waste and improve flow.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on process efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of new equipment and technologies to enhance production capabilities.
- Train and mentor production staff on process improvements and best practices.
- Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in process engineering or continuous improvement roles within manufacturing.
- Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in the automotive,



electronics, or medical device industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
