Key Responsibilities

- Perform a comprehensive array of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel, and acrylic nail enhancements.
- Consult with clients to determine their nail care needs, preferences, and desired designs.
- Apply and remove gel and acrylic products with precision and skill, ensuring longevity and client satisfaction.
- Create intricate nail art and designs, staying updated on current industry trends and techniques.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene standards, sterilizing all equipment and tools after each use.
- Provide expert advice on nail care, treatments, and product recommendations.




- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and ensure a positive client experience from start to finish.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Promote salon services and retail products to clients.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Manicurist/Pedicurist or Nail Technician.
- A valid license or certification in cosmetology or nail technology in Mexico.
- In-depth knowledge and practical skills in applying and removing gel and acrylic nails.
- Proficiency in various nail art techniques and designs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of nail anatomy, health, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work adaptable hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- A meticulous attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful nails.
- Previous experience in the Culiacán, Sinaloa area is advantageous.
