Key Responsibilities

- Perform professional services including application and maintenance of gel and acrylic nails.
- Execute intricate and creative nail art designs, including hand painting, 3D designs, and embellishments.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, offer design suggestions, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in the workspace and with all tools and equipment.
- Provide manicures and pedicures, focusing on cuticle care, shaping, and polish application.
- Advise clients on nail care, product selection, and maintenance between appointments.
- Stay informed about the latest nail industry trends,



products, and techniques.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and ensure a smooth client flow.
- Promote salon services and retail products to clients.
- Ensure all clients receive a welcoming and personalized service.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Nail Technician, with a focus on gel and acrylic application.
- Demonstrated skill in various nail art techniques, with a portfolio to showcase creativity.
- A valid cosmetology or nail technician license/certification recognized in Mexico.
- Proficiency in product knowledge, application, and safe removal of gel and acrylic systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a steady hand for precise work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
- A passion for the nail industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience in the Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas area is beneficial.
