About the Role Our client, a leading provider of commercial property services, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Cleaning Services Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of properties in the metropolitan area of Zapopan, Jalisco . This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and client satisfaction across various commercial sites. The Manager will lead a team of cleaning supervisors and staff, manage budgets, implement operational strategies, and foster strong client relationships. This position offers a Hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of office-based strategic planning and remote administrative duties, with essential on-site presence for supervision and client meetings in Zapopan and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning programs and service standards for commercial clients.
- Manage, train, and motivate cleaning supervisors and staff to achieve optimal performance.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control for cleaning operations across the portfolio.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of all service sites, ensuring adherence to standards and client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring efficient procurement and utilization.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing commercial cleaning services or facility management, with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful cleaning programs and operational strategies.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, chemicals, and industry best practices.
- Excellent financial acumen, including budget management and cost control experience.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with cleaning management software.
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a Hybrid environment, balancing remote work with on-site responsibilities in Zapopan, Jalisco .
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
