About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly talented and imaginative Animador 3 D y Motion Graphics Artista to join their fully remote creative studio. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about bringing ideas to life through dynamic 3 D animation and captivating motion graphics. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for a variety of projects, including explainer videos, marketing campaigns, product visualizations, and interactive experiences. We seek a candidate with a strong artistic eye, technical proficiency, and a keen understanding of storytelling through animation. Key Responsibilities

- Create compelling 3 D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for diverse media.
- Design and animate characters, objects, and environments based on project briefs and storyboards.
- Develop dynamic motion graphics for intros, outros, transitions, and lower thirds in videos.
- Work closely with creative directors and clients to understand project vision and deliver high-quality assets.
- Manage the animation pipeline, from concept and storyboarding to rendering and final compositing.
- Optimize animations for various platforms and formats, ensuring smooth playback and visual integrity.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in 3 D animation and motion graphics.




- Collaborate effectively with a remote team, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Ensure all creative work meets project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a 3 D Animator and Motion Graphics Artist.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of 3 D animation and motion graphics work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Cinema 4 D, Blender, Maya, Adobe After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, character rigging, lighting, texturing, and rendering.
- Experience with visual effects (VFX) and compositing techniques.
- Excellent artistic skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of timing and rhythm.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within a virtual team environment.
- Knowledge of storytelling and visual narrative principles is essential.
